Pennichuck Corporation is a private water utility engaged in the collection, storage, treatment, distribution and sale of potable water in southern and central New Hampshire. We operate both as a regulated water utility operation and a non-regulated water management service. Our Corporate headquarters is located in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Receptionist (30 Hours/week - Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 3 pm) – Eligible for Full Benefits
We are now looking for a receptionist to join our busy Revenue and Customer Operations team. Primary duties include:
- Greeting our visitors and notifying appropriate staff of their arrival
- Directing all incoming and interoffice calls to the appropriate staff member.
Additional duties include:
- Support of our Accounts Receivable Specialist by processing counter payments and balancing drawer daily.
- Processing of WaterTight enrollments and E-Bill enrollments
- Support customer service and marketing communications with administrative support as necessary or requested
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of a high school education or GED.
- Prior experience in a customer service or office setting preferred.
- Pleasant and welcoming presence to support our visitors and customers either in person or on the phone.
- Solid communications and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Proficiency in basic word and excel.
