Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a diligent and friendly Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator to join their client's team in Huntington Beach, CA. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing excellent customer service to visitors and team members alike.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone coverage, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately.
- Pick up and distribute mail to the relevant departments daily.
- Scan documents and ensure proper electronic filing.
- Assemble purchase orders for clients and maintain receipts in folders for payment processing.
- Offer exceptional customer service to visitors and team members.
- Receive packages and distribute them to the correct departments.
- Enter purchase orders into the computer system accurately.
- Greet and assist visitors and vendors as they enter the building.
- Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Utilize computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel, to perform daily tasks.
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent work experience in a similar role.
- Must be computer savvy, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Strong ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, first shift.
Benefits:
Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $23 per hour.
