Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join a small CPA firm in California. This role is crucial in providing excellent front-office support, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Filing and managing documents in an organized manner.
- Taking messages and ensuring they are communicated accurately and promptly.
- Assisting with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Providing a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Ensuring a professional appearance of the reception area at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, onsite.
Benefits:
The position offers a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour.

The role requires an individual who can manage responsibilities independently while contributing to the team's overall efficiency. The position is 100% onsite in California.
