Receptionist - The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interactions with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

1. Must be flexible and a team player.

2. Courteously greeting visitors and directing visitors appropriately.

3. Operate switchboard and training others for relief purposes.

4. Answer telephones and determine the nature of the call and direct the calls to the appropriate individual or department.

5. Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing calls.

6. Filing and copying documents as needed.

7. Typing correspondence, written communication and reports as needed.

8. Distribute mail as directed.
