You will be the first point of contact with our customers for our busy office. Each day you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as needed. Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests and premium payments.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Document each customer contact into our database.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Data entry on customer accounts.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.

Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
