Primary Job Function: The Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing incoming phone calls along with greeting customers and guest in a friendly manner.
Job Responsibilities / Tasks include: Answering and routing incoming phone calls Greet customers and guests Inbound mail handling, route to appropriate functional area Support claims document administration with reviewing, process, index and attach inbound correspondence/documentation Working with management on specific issues as requested
