General Responsibilities Include:

• Receptionist duties – answering phones, filing, copying, faxing, mailings as needed.
• Assist visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
• Distribute petty cash and balance cash box.
• Resident fund management.
• Assist with administrative duties as directed. This includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.
• Pick up, sort, and distribute mail as directed.
• Order supplies and forms as needed.
