About the Job
SNI Companies is immediately looking to hire a Receptionist for a building materials supply company near the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The ideal candidate will provide excellent front-desk support and perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is targeted to begin January 13th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct 20-25 phone calls daily, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Maintain and update tax-exempt spreadsheets and certifications (training provided).
- Utilize strong Excel skills to support data entry and administrative tasks.
- Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry and documentation.
- Manage filing systems and ensure records are well-organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Create and label folders for organizational purposes.
- Prepare and assemble delivery tickets for customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative work.
- Friendly and approachable personality.

Compensation and Benefits:
