About the Job
Position Overview
This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.
Location and Hours of Position
New Castle Dental Center, 2807 Wilmington Rd. New Castle, PA 16105
40 hours/week with a rotating schedule; one week working a late night with a shorter Friday and the next week working no late night and longer Friday
- Monday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday 8:30 am - 8:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
Compensation
Starting compensation: $16 per hour. PHN recognizes experience, education and location when determining pay.
Education/Experience Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient
- Excellent phone skills
- Flexibility in the workplace
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Must be available to work evening hours, as required)
