Position Details:
Candidates needed for a receptionist position in Dayton, OH. This is a 1st shift position with the hours of 7:30am-5pm Monday through Friday with a starting pay of $18-$20/hr based on experience.
You can also receive PeopleFirst Staffing bonus of $50 for a referral bonus when you refer a friend after they complete 80 hours!

- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Financial Support:
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Support the preparation of financial documents, such as reports and summaries.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the finance team on reconciliations and budgeting tasks.
General Office Duties:
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and update physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
