About the Job
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing the front desk operations and providing administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the office calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Provide general information about the company and its services to callers and visitors.
- Support office staff with various tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
