Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service

Come and join Standard Home Care, Inc. We are growing company that specialize in assisting people with home care assistance and offer opportunities to advance within the company. We currently have four offices in the Chicagoland area.  Bloomingdale, Sauganash (Chicago), North Aurora & Springfield. This position will be in our Sauganash (Chicago) location. 

Nice to have: 
- A minimum of one-year of customer service experience.
- Experience working as a receptionist for a home care business. 

About this role: 
- Intake high volume of calls on a daily basis. 
- Follow up calls with potential caregivers. 
- Assist Branch manager and Supervisors with administrative duties.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. 

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Bilingual is preferred.
