Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This role is perfect for someone with a reception background who is local to Orange County and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
• Maintaining security and telecommunications system.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, and filing.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinating with other departments as necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Required Work Hours

The position requires availability from Monday through Friday during first shift hours.

Benefits

The role offers a competitive pay range between $21 and $23 per hour, depending on experience.
