About the Job
Our office is hiring for several Receptionist roles in the Orange County Area!
Hourly pay $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Front Office responsibilities
- Handle the front desk and assist guests and visitor log
- Answer the phone and direct them to the appropriate department
- Filing, scanning, data entry, and organizing
- Ordering of office supplies
- Maintaining the board room and kitchen
- Assist managers with events
- Use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a Receptionist or Office Assistant role
- MS Office use - computer savvy
