Manager's Job Description:
- This role will consist of basic receptionist duties: answering calls, transferring calls, following the site procedure guide. This person will be covering for a LOA, and they will overlap with a client employee for the first portion of their assignment so that they can receive training. The manager is looking for a candidate who is courteous, pleasant, and has good customer service skills.
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior switchboard experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communications skills WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
- Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction
- Prepare, provide and convey diversified information
- Minimal physical effort required.
- Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
- Moderate dexterity
- regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.
- Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors, distributing name badges and scheduling meeting rooms.
- Answer and transfer calls from across the United States.
- Update company phone lists, Brag Board, and calendar.
- Maintain and update the automated messaging system.
- Participate in company and community service events.
- Perform light administrative tasks and PC support as needed.
- Assist with promotional items for the store.
- Support Administration and other teams as necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software and basic PC support.
- Positive, professional demeanour.
