- Greeting all visitors, clients and employees
- Overseeing the "Welcome” experience
- Liaison to lobby security for external visitors and contractors
- Front desk duties
- Concierge support
- Coat and luggage check in
- Welcome packets
- Coffee services
- Reservation assistance
- Car service assistance
- Office supply ordering/stocking - Coffee/ Kitchen amenity stocking
- Reception functions
- Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming calls
- New Hire Onboarding Support & Creating Badges
- Registering visitors
- Monitoring Reception Metrics
- Managing the Reception Inbox
- Vendor Management
- Invoicing and coding
- Facilities Management – works in conjunction with the Facilities team to ensure all systems are in working order.
- Amenity support
- Onsite client or internal meetings
- Onsite client or internal events
- Desk & Conference room reservations

- Basic IT Support
- Hospitality experience

- Fluent in English (must) and Spanish (preferred)
