JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting our self-service tools. This role focuses on providing outstanding customer support while encouraging the use of our digital self-service platforms to streamline processes such as payments, invoicing, and account management.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
-Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquires and concerns about account balances, billing, and payment options.
-Take payments over the phone securely and assist customers in understanding their payment options.
-Educate customers on the benefits of using self-service tools to manage their accounts independently.
-Provide clear and concise responses to customer concerns about open balances and billing discrepancies.
-Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to customer accounts and ensure timely resolution.
-Track and log customer interactions, payment processing, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
