About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and enter patient and insurance info into EHR system.
- Greet patients and assist with check in.
- Set up patient appointments, answer calls, and make appointment reminder courtesy calls.
- Assist with administrative tasks like printing handouts and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Previous work in healthcare or patient registration is a plus.
- Understanding of medical terms, insurance checks, and privacy laws (HIPAA) is helpful.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and provide great customer service.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
