Receptionist - Integro Recruiting

Role

The Receptionist will be answering and fielding phone calls while delivering exceptional customer service assistance. 

Responsibility

• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
• Order office supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Strong phone skills
• Relevant experience in an office environment, 1 year preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• High school diploma or GED required.
