Receptionist/assistant - Spherion

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to apply to be a Receptionist/Assistant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, manage administrative tasks, assist with patient care, and contribute to various duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients professionally and courteously.
Answer phone calls and assist clients with their inquiries.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Proofread documents for accuracy.
Assist with patient care, including rehabilitation exercises and small therapies.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the doctor and massage therapist.
Coordinate meetings and events, including liaising with attorneys and medical offices.
Maintain office cleanliness and manage supply inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Contribute to the growth and expansion of our new clinic.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
Passion for health and wellness.

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proficient in Mac software and strong computer literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Must have at least 1 year similar experienced
