Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for everyone entering the facility. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering telephones, directing callers to appropriate parties, assisting with general administrative support functions of the facility, admissions, and, as needed, with Administrator/Business office functions.
Requirements:
- Entry level / pref. 3+ years of customer service experience
- Must know computer skills, word document, and excel document, good communication skills, multitasking skills, web browsing and bilingual a plus. including multi-line phone system, copier and mailing equipment, ten key calculators, as well as Federal Express and UPS
- Pleasant voice and clear for telephone and strong customer service.

- Ability to represent the Company ethically and professionally and to maintain accountability
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a senior care facility preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred
