Receptionist - South Shore Kia

South Shore KIA is looking for a fulltime Service receptionist/Cashier.

Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. Collecting money and running credit cards. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the dealership. You will also coordinate service desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting and documenting phone calls.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. As this is a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with tasks in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking is essential for this position.

Ultimately, a Receptionist/Cashiers duties and responsibilities are to handle monies and to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to South Shore KIA highest quality standards.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

• Answer, screen, document and forward incoming phone calls

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

• Collect money, make change and run Credit cards

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

• Customer service attitude
