What does a Receptionist do?
At Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley, we are seeking a dedicated individual for our Part-Time Receptionist position. This role demands proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access-as well as routine database activity and record-keeping. Exceptional planning and organizational skills will be essential as you prioritize tasks and multitask effectively, ensuring smooth daily operations. A valid PA Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are required, as occasional travel for company business may be necessary.
The position involves a mix of sedentary and active responsibilities, including sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. The work environment is typically quiet, but you may occasionally find yourself in a bustling kitchen setting.
