About the Job
As a receptionist/administrative assistant, you will be in charge of guiding and assisting all walk ins, answering phones, as well as completing daily tasks. Having the ability to keep an organized work environment and multi-tasking to be to have everything completed everyday.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming clients, guests, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Managing incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff, and taking messages when necessary. Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, often using office software. Performing various clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Providing information about the company, services, or products and addressing any questions or concerns.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Managing multiple tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an orderly workspace.Accurate in data entry, filing, and handling important documents. Flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
