We are seeking a part timeReceptionist-Administrative Assistant for our Goshen, Indiana building products test lab. This part time position is on-site 1 - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Individual must be a quick learner with great people, administrative, communication, and organizational skills!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Greet Visitors
• Answer phones
• Coordinate all shipments daily
• Pick up mail and distribute
• Print, scan, and fax documents as needed
• Maintain document files
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
• Order supplies through approved purchase orders and vendors when needed
• Organize and keep all purchase receipts for the accounting department
• Assist in editing and printing literature related to trade shows or marketing information as needed
• Coordinate cleaning service and maintain appearance of all offices and office area at test lab
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Friendly, cheerful, self-motivated, self-starter with great interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have technological skills to perform data entry, maintain team calendars, and create company reports
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license
• 1-2 years experience in an office environment
• Experience in the construction industry or trades a plus.
