Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Thunderbird Senior Living

We are looking for someone with a friendly, professional demeanor to greet our clients and visitors as they arrive at our main office. You will be in charge of giving directions and greeting clients, taking messages when necessary, answering phones with confidence! Job Description

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include offering administrative support across our organization. You will coordinate front desk activities, including distributing mail and redirecting phone calls.  Multitasking and project management skills are essential for this position. The hours for this position are 3:00pm – 9:00pm, Wednesday-Sunday. or Part-time Friday-Saturday 7:00am-3:00pm 

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls 
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks and performing ad-hoc administrative duties
• Restock breakroom, snacks, and office supplies
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Prepare rooms for meetings
• Other projects and assignments as time and skill permits

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven work experience as a receptionist or Front Office Representative preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer Service Attitude
• Professional attitude and appearance
