JOB DUTIES FOR THE RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

• Answer and transfer incoming calls
• Greet office visitors
• Process email communication
• Order supplies
• Maintain kitchen area
• Communicate needs to janitorial team
• Assist with events

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

• Prior reception or administrative experience
• Computer proficiency
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Good verbal and written communication skills
