Overview:
Location: Cleveland - Beechwood, OH
Work Arrangement: In Office
Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life
Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs callers to appropriate personnel or department.
Ensures reception area, conference rooms and kitchen are maintained, stocked, and organized for clients and staff.
Greets and assists all clients and visitors upon arrival to office.
Reviews, sorts, and routes incoming mail; ensures outgoing mail has proper postage and is picked up. Includes maintaining activity log for client drop-offs and pick-ups.
Manages UPS and FedEx activity.
Manages office deliveries (front and rear doors, if applicable).
Places orders for office supplies and group lunches as needed, including stocking and setup of same.
Completes projects as assigned by the Office Administrator, including but not limited to memos, letters, and reports.
Assist with general administrative tasks, copying, faxing, non-department specific.
Assist with office equipment issues, reporting, and resolution.
Assist with Tax Engagement Letters (as time permits).
Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
Qualifications:

You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You embrace technology and can demonstrate you have the skills to use computer-based technology to complete different tasks.
You are proficient in:
Microsoft Excel: including the ability to create spreadsheets, perform data entry, use basic formulas, format worksheets.
Microsoft Word: including formatting, creating tables, headers & footers, and utilizing mail merge functions.
DocuSign: including creating, sending, and tracking documents for e-signature.
Adobe Acrobat: including creating, editing, and commenting on PDFs.
Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
You have a high school diploma and 5 or more years of receptionist/administrative support experience and are willing to work overtime.
Experience in public accounting administration preferred.
This position requires prolonged standing and sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching, and the ability to lift 20 lbs.
Must
be authorized to
work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship
