Part time receptionist / admin assistant for non profit
Week days 4pm-8pm
The client is located conveniently near the 108th Street subway on the 6 line.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
Working knowledge of TEAMs
Familiarity navigating the Internet
Bilingual speaking/writing in both English/Spanish
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Candidate will be trained in/on:
Reception, Office procedures
Metrocard Distribution automated, manual
Client check in/out process EMR, manual
Hourly $18
