About the Job
Lowney Architecture is hiring a Receptionist /Accounting Assistant in our Oakland office. This is an integral support role to the entire office as Receptionist, as well as providing support to our Accounting team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests.
- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems.
- Perform additional office administrative tasks.
- Maintain and upkeep common areas.
- Monitor supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as professional, front desk receptionist preferred.
- 1 year experience in accounting support role preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
