PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $19.52 - $21.52 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Receptionist you will:

- the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors.
Some administrative tasks which include:
- Handling emails from the main inbox and existing client communication follow ups by email correspondence.
- May be asked to arrange for conference room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to the front desk.
- May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties. Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor are critical.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma and relevant experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
