BASIC FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Human Resources, serve as receptionist and operate a centralized telephone switchboard operator system at the District office; greet and assist visitors to the District office; receive, sort, distribute and process incoming, outgoing and internal mail and correspondence; perform a variety of clerical support duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and two years of general clerical experience involving frequent public contact.
