Receptionist

Legal company in Charlotte is looking for a Receptionist. Temp to perm. Hours: 8-5 M-F. Pay $17-18/hour.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone, transfer calls and take messages
Order office supplies
Enter orders for sales team
Respond appropriately to client requests
Greet and assist clients and guests
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Open and close office

Requirements

Engaging personality and excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong organization and attention to detail
Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
