Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact, responding to client inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner.
Bilingual Support: Effectively communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language barriers do not impede their understanding or satisfaction.
Customer Service: Address client concerns promptly, displaying empathy and providing solutions to effectively resolve issues.
Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support a positive work environment.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
Requirements
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
