About the Job
The Albuquerque office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Reception Administrative Assistant with a minimum of one (1) year legal experience, preferably in a law firm environment. The essential functions of this position include Reception responsibilities at the front desk, assisting the Office Administrator with administrative tasks, assisting the Secretaries with opening new matters, assisting with calendaring, docketing and records duties, running conflicts, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Administrator and Attorneys.

Responsibilities:Job Specifications:
- Experience handling client intake, closing matters, preparation of trial and deposition notebooks
- High school diploma
- At least one (1) year of legal experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
