Receiving Warehouse Worker- Dock - On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd.

The Material Handler position ensures that the day to day dock requirements and duties are completed. The duties included but not limited to are receiving/shipping, identifying/inspecting, verifying and securing incoming materials. Same day delivery and distribution of material to its proper destination. Accurately receive all purchase orders into SAP according to company procedures. Be able to perform at a high-volume dock. This is working on a high performing team, so must be a team player. Experience with a handheld RF scanner is a bonus!

Location: Sherman, TX.

Hours: M-F 8:00am- 5:00 pm.

Pay range: $17.50/hr- $19.25/hr + Medical, 401K, and PTO

Essential Functions

• Assist purchasing, traffic, end user and stockrooms in resolving problems with receipts and supplier invoices
• Self-starter with little supervision
• Perform accurate receiving transactions in SAP (basic data entry)
• Input all material in the dock tracking system
• Create shipping manifests and BOLs
• Ensure same day deliveries of items to intended destination
• Maintain inventory control
• Perform duties accurately and effectively on the PC/laptop/tablet and dock tracking system
• Use material handling equipment i.e., Forklift and pallet jack
• Clerical duties such as filing and sorting documents

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum six months related experience
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
• Moderate to advanced PC skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Candidates must successfully pass a full background check
