About the Job
A-Tech, LLC is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Associate to become a part of a dynamic Supply Chain team, reporting directly to the Property/ Logistics Manager. This role is responsible for Inventory, kitting and tracking of property at A-Techs’ Albuquerque site. This role will ensure that material is accurately received and inspected, placed into inventory, and kitted based on work order demand. This role also includes preforming inventory counts on contract material, tagging incoming property, and distribution of incoming material to the requesters at the site. Candidate would be required to communicate between multiple departments, and report key information to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
- Aids in receiving and inspection of incoming material and property.
- Supports Inventory counts as required by multiple contracts.
- Stores property and material in the inventory cage after it has passed incoming inspection.
- Tagging, tracking, and distribution of material and property at the ABQ site
- Conducting inventories of Government, Customer, and A-tech Property though out the year as directed by the Property Manager.
- Reporting inventory results back to the Property Team.
- Aids the Albuquerque shipping department in coordination and preparation of shipments.
- Creates packing sheets for material and property that will be delivered and shipped to various locations.
- Works with Inventory Specialists to prepare kits for production-manufacturing.
- Provides Property team with audit support and preparation.
- Works with Albuquerque Procurement to resolve purchase order discrepancies.
- Primary Duties include: Storing inventory after inspection, creating inventory locations, conducting inventory counts, and producing kits for manufacturing.
- Daily clean up of receiving and shipping area
Work Environment
This job operates in professional/secure office & laboratory environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and other equipment as needed.

Steel toed boots are required for certain tasks
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are nominally Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
May be required to alter work schedule to accommodate coverage for other team members.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
- Must be a US Citizen able to abtain and maintain a security clearance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Capable of operating a forklift and pallet jack
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Receiving & Inventory Management
- Understanding of Supply Chain, Property and Inventory processes and activities
- An understanding of the FAR and DFARS and how Supply chain processes are applied to meet compliance.
- ERP system experience required
- Familiar with ESD, and proper material handling procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in Business or related discipline such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Accounting or a minimum of 8 years
- 8 years of experience operating in an ERP system specific to material control and Inventory.
- Deltek GCS Premier and Microsoft Suite experience
