Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
• Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments and ensure that all items are accounted for
• Unload trucks and move materials to appropriate storage areas
• Sort, label, and store items in the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working on your feet for 8 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
