Reports to: Office Manager
Full-Time Position
M-F (7:30AM-4:30AM)
Summary: The Rebate Specialist assists in auditing all sold new vehicle packets for proper documentation. They should be able to identify differences and patterns within documentation easily. This position requires great attention to detail and the ability to concentrate in an auditing capacity.
Essential Duties:
- Report daily deliveries
- Submit rebates to OEM
- Maintain rebate information from OEM
- Maintain and reconcile rebate schedules
- Review rebate receivables with Office Manager and Owners
- Assist in auditing all sold new vehicle packets for proper documentation
- Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Accounting knowledge preferred
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be focused, detail oriented, and very thorough
- Analytical and inquisitive mind
