Our client is looking for innovative and forward-thinking associates with a minimum of three years' experience in real estate transactions to join their Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience Required: Minimum of three years in real estate transactions.
• Transaction Types: Includes acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts.
• Skills Needed:
  • Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases, subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, and property management agreements.
  • Experience in joint venture and project finance is a plus.

Requirements:

• At least three years of broad transactional real estate experience.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• A self-starter capable of managing multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration.
• Effective and efficient problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively with confidence.
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice.
