About the Job
We are seeking two (2) Title Examiners to join our PRC department. The PRC department reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports and help identify the person(s) that should be served to collect delinquent property taxes. The title examiners will obtain title examination materials, review the document information, and create run sheets, which are an index or abstract of all recorded documents affecting the title to a tract of land for a given period of time. The tile examiner will also be responsible for providing information regarding the property owners, filed liens, and the legal description of the property assessed under a delinquent tax account. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be reliable, and must be able to understand the legal documents including court cases that affect real estate titles. This is an onsite, in-person position. A minimum of 1-3 years of title examining experience is required, with 3-5 years preferred. Please refer to the attached job description for more information.
