Real Estate Team Leader
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, proven sales success, and leadership skills. As the Team Leader, you will manage and guide our real estate agents, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure the team's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Maintain and expand client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia.
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Proficiency in real estate software and technology tools.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
