Work Schedule:
- Busy season hours vary, with extended hours from January through April. Offseason work hours are 37.5 per week, with Flex Fridays allowing for a shortened work week during the summer months.
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns with a focus on real estate partnerships and S-Corporations.
- Collaborate with the audit team to provide comprehensive tax solutions and ensure seamless integration of tax strategies.
- Manage client relationships, providing exceptional advisory services to high net-worth individuals and entities with assets in the high hundreds of millions.
- Utilize advanced tax software tools including Profx Tax, CCH, Checkpoint, XCM, and Filecenter to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, overseeing their development and ensuring quality control in all deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification is preferred.
- Experience in real estate transactions and partnership filings preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in using industry-standard tax software and applications.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
