Responsibilities:
- Lead Vetting: Proactively identify and evaluate potential leads from various channels within our CRM.
- Prospect Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on prospective properties, assessing market trends, financial viability, and potential returns on investment.
- Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with property owners, sellers, and agents to secure favorable purchase terms and prices.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry to expand our network and create acquisition opportunities.
- Creative Financing: Utilize innovative financing strategies to structure and close real estate deals, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including property valuations and ROI calculations, to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
- Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate purchase contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless deal flow.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local and national real estate market trends to identify potential target areas for acquisitions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of acquisition-related documents and data, preparing regular reports on acquisition activities and performance metrics.
- Professional Development: Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in real estate acquisitions through ongoing education and training.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations (preferred)
- Proficiency in recruitment software and systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in property management or real estate recruiting (a plus)
