We're in search of a Sales Superstar to join our real estate investment team! This is a remote position, however, residing in the Tampa area is a must. If you're a top performer in sales and can demonstrate your excellence, we want to hear from you! Please don't apply if you're comfortable earning less than $100k annually. Position:
- Full-time, remote (Must reside in the Tampa area)
- Mission: Your role as an Asset Manager is pivotal to our revenue generation. Your mission is to diligently pursue and convert leads, ensuring our team secures appointments for maximum success.
Responsibilities:
- Embrace a team-first mentality, adhering to our processes, metrics, and training regimens.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, striving to secure appointments with care and urgency.
- Utilize our CRM system to persistently follow up with leads, striving to book appointments.
- Conduct thorough analysis of deals through due diligence, market research, and property inspections.
- Attend appointments, both in-person and via phone/zoom, to present and convert offers for home purchases.
