Compensation:$130,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
- Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
- Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
- Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
- Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
- Passionate about selling
