Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Real Estate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing real estate business. The role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a keen eye for identifying potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various real estate roles within the organization.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, industry organizations, and educational institutions to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform recruitment strategies and target top talent effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and data protection laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ideal but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate recruitment or a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of real estate terminology, industry trends, and job requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and other relevant tools to streamline recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
