Real Estate Prelegal - Hybrid - Strategic Employment

A prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its dynamic team. The firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services to clients worldwide and fosters a collaborative environment that values work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the due diligence team to compile and review comprehensive compliance documents for title and survey.
• Take ownership of all due diligence documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the process.
• Prepare and organize all necessary documents for the closing team.
• Work closely with one Partner and one Associate on each real estate transaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
• Demonstrated expertise in title and survey review processes.
• Strong experience in compiling and reviewing compliance documentation within the due diligence framework.

Nice to Haves:

• Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Acrobat for document manipulation.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
