About the Job
This is a fully remote role.
When: Immediate need, 6+ month contract
Where: 100% remote
Pay: $20/hour
Minimum Experience/Education:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of legal documents affecting titles to real estate
• Knowledge of abstracting and examination procedures
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Responsibilities:
• Utilizes online resources in order to determine initial demographic information
• Retrieves tax assessor records
• Searches online data and performs side by side comparison between online results and correspondent results
• Communicates with internal clients and external correspondents via phone and e-mail to place search requests and request status of real estate reports

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
