The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities:

• Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
• Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers
• Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
• Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
• Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth

Qualifications:

• Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
• 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
• Develops innovative forward design concepts
• Team player
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
